We provide student lead generation services to education providers and are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and through the forms and landing pages we operate, how we use it and the choices you have.

On this website

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

Through student lead forms

When someone completes a form on a page we operate on behalf of an education provider, we collect the information they enter, which can include name, email address, phone number, location, education level, program of interest and desired start date. We also record the consent language shown, the date and time, the IP address and the page URL, so that consent can be verified.

Through our contact form

When you submit the business inquiry form we collect what you enter (institution, name, business email, program vertical, geography, lead volume, lead model and CRM requirements), plus your IP address and browser type, which we use to respond to your inquiry and to prevent spam. A character check protects the form. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to handle the request and for our records.

How we use information

How we share information

Student information is shared with the education provider or providers identified at the point of submission, and with service providers that help us operate (hosting, verification, delivery and analytics), under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information about website visitors. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our services.

Calls, texts and email

Where a person gives consent on a form, the education provider named on that form, or we on its behalf, may contact them by phone, text message or email about the program they requested. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Replying STOP to a text, or following the unsubscribe link in an email, ends those messages. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for audit and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
